The problem with being a vet student is that I know enough information to know when something is wrong with one of my dogs but I don't have the tools to diagnose or treat! We went for a walk yesterday and I noticed Ally wasn't feeling good. Not to go into too many details but I was pretty sure she had a UTI. One trip to the DVM and some money proved I was right. While it is satisfying that I caught it early. I can't wait for the day when I can diagnose and treat her myself. Watching her in pain last night and not being able to help was awful!
